
Administrative Assistant - Level I
Responsibilities:

Professional image in all aspects of work performance.

Duties include: greet visitors, answer phones, calculate time sheets and expense statements for payroll, process mail, send emails, data entry in Excel, knowledge of MS word and excel, etc.

Relay messages to the appropriate person.

Monitors and tracks task completion.

Manage an active calendar of appointments

Compose and prepare correspondence.
Skills:
-
Strong work experience: 1-2 years of experience.

Written communication and time management skills.

Strong working proficiency of MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience with Yahoo Calendar a plus.

Innovative thinker

Work collaboratively (“team player”) and builds relationships.
