Administrative Assistant - Level I

 

Responsibilities:

  • Professional image in all aspects of work performance.

  • Duties include: greet visitors, answer phones, calculate time sheets and expense statements for payroll, process mail, send emails, data entry in Excel, knowledge of MS word and excel, etc.

  • Relay messages to the appropriate person.

  • Monitors and tracks task completion.

  • Manage an active calendar of appointments

  • Compose and prepare correspondence.

Skills:

  • Strong work experience: 1-2 years of experience.

  • Written communication and time management skills.

  • Strong working proficiency of MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience with Yahoo Calendar a plus.

  • Innovative thinker

  • Work collaboratively (“team player”) and builds relationships.

  • Displays professionalism and grace under pressure.

  • Has a sense of urgency and conveys a positive, “can-do” attitude.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
