Indam teamed with members of the Potomac Crossing Consultants to provide construction management and inspection services for the replacement of Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge. Daily activities included preparing Daily Progress Reports, documenting periodic construction progress and special field conditions; evaluating proposed change orders, processing project submittals, reviewing the pay requisitions for accuracy and verifying that actual work had been completed, and ensuring that all daily reports, test results, records, and documentation were complete and accurately maintained.
